European Union Right of Withdrawal

Where EU consumer law applies, you may withdraw from an eligible online purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.

Notify us at service@perfectsight.co within that period and send the goods back within 14 days after notifying us.

You may inspect the goods to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning. You may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary for that inspection.

You are responsible for direct return postage unless the goods are defective or incorrect, or applicable law requires us to cover it.

For a withdrawal from the entire order, we will refund payments received, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. Additional charges for premium or express delivery are not refundable.

Refunds will be made within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.

Applicable legal exceptions may apply, including for clearly personalized goods. Ordinary sale or clearance status alone does not remove a statutory withdrawal right.
