2. Anti-fingerprint coating is effective initially but diminishes significantly over time.

This anti-fingerprint technology typically involves machine-applied anti-fingerprint oil that dries naturally. While smooth immediately after application, this slipperiness feels more like an “oily residue.” After 1-2 weeks of use, the anti-fingerprint coating usually wears off, leaving the screen dry and prone to smudges.
