Refund policy
Order Cancellation Policy:
Order Cancellation Deadline: You can apply to cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase.
Processing Time: Most orders will be processed within 1-2 business days.
Orders are eligible for cancellation if the request is submitted before shipment and within our designated cancellation period. Once an order has passed the 24-hour window and has been dispatched with a tracking number, it can no longer be canceled. In such cases, please refer to our Return Policy upon receiving your package.
PerfectSight Store Refund Policy:
To ensure your return request can be processed successfully, all returned items must meet ALL of the following conditions:
· The product must have been purchased directly through www.perfectsight.co
· You must submit a return within 30 days of the original purchase date.
· For returns due to non-defective issues, the original shipping fee is non-refundable. Additionally, you are responsible for costs associated with shipping the item back to us.
· To be accepted, returns must be in a condition suitable for resale. This means that items must be completely unused, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories included, and must exhibit no signs of use such as wear, stains, scratches, or odors.
If you receive a product with transportation damage or a defect in the product itself, we offer an exchange or refund within 30 days of receiving the item.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items:
To protect the interests of all customers, the following categories of items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective:
· Final Sale / Heavily Discounted Items: All items marked as "Final Sale," "Clearance," or discounted more than 55% off.
· Customized or Personalized Items: Products made or modified to your specific requirements.
· General: Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or handling; and items returned after the specified return period.
Exceptions / non-returnable items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to CANCEL OR RETURN your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds Processing Time:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
